A few things to know
How do I join a shared trip?
Open the invitation link you received. Sign in or create your PACK account using the email intended for your invitation, then follow the steps to join. Access depends on the lists shared with you.
Can I change my packing list?
Yes. Add your own items, edit names and quantities, remove items, and mark what you own or have packed. Treat suggestions as a starting point and review them for your actual trip.
What if I have a question about an order?
PACK links to external retailers. Orders, payment, shipping, returns, and refunds are handled by the store where you purchased. Contact that retailer with your order details.
How do I request account or data deletion?
Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “PACK account deletion.” We may need to verify ownership before processing the request. You can also request deletion from My Account in the app. Deleting an app does not automatically delete shared information stored online.
How do I report a bug?
Email the team with your device, what you were trying to do, and what happened. You may include a screenshot, but please leave out passwords, verification codes, and other private information.
